Two passes. Done before Thanksgiving.
Foothills leaves drop late and drop heavy: oak, maple, sweetgum, hickory all coming down in November. We do leaf cleanup the right way: full-yard blowing, not just the front; haul-away or tarp-haul; bed cleanout included.
01 · What's included
A single November cleanup misses the late-droppers. Our standard is two visits, early November and late November, at a bundled price.
02 · When to book
Most properties in Blount and Knox finish dropping leaves between November 5th and December 5th, depending on tree species and weather. We schedule the first visit around November 10th and the second around November 25th. That timing catches both the early oaks and the stubborn red oaks.
The calendar fills up by mid-October, so the move is to get a quote on the books now, even before the leaves start. We'll schedule your visits for the right window. Reach out late and we'll still do our best to fit you in, just know that the longer leaves sit wet on the lawn, the more damage they do.
We do not charge by the bag. Anyone charging by the bag is incentivized to take their time. We charge by the property, flat-fee, both visits included.
03 · Pricing
Two-visit package runs $250–$600 for most residential properties depending on tree count, lot size, and haul-away vs. curbside. Existing lawn care customers get a bundled rate on the season package.
