04 · Lawn Care
People who know your name. Same route. All season.
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly mowing for Maryville, Alcoa and the rest of Blount County. We mow, trim, edge, and blow, and we show up when we said we would. You deal with people you can actually talk to, who know your name and your yard. No surprise add-ons. The cleanest yard on the block, every visit.
The promise
The most common thing we hear from new customers: "I never knew when the last guy was actually going to show up." That's the part we set out to solve.
We do this differently because we have to. Our crew lives in Blount County, our customers cluster in Blount County, and the way we keep that working is by being predictable: familiar faces who know your yard, same route, same rhythm, all season. No bouncing between counties chasing one-off jobs.
Here's what that gets you:
02 · Choose your level of care
Some yards just need to not be overgrown. Others want the manicured look kept up all season. Pick the level that fits and step up or down anytime — pricing adjusts to your cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

For the manicured look
We fold the detail work into your regular visit. One price, every visit.
First in line, all season
For the properties we treat like our own, year-round.
03 · Every visit includes
Some yards just need to not be overgrown. Others want the manicured look. We start everyone with the basics done right, then layer on extras only where you want them.
The part most crews skip, and the part we lean on hardest. End-of-visit walk: anything broken, anything we noticed (irrigation issue, dead patch, mole damage, a bed going thin) gets a text photo before we leave. You hear what your yard needs from us, not from staring out the kitchen window, and you decide what to do about it. It's also how we spot the edging, weed, and detail work a Signature or Priority plan keeps on top of.
Sharp blades, alternated mowing pattern, deck height tuned to your turf type and the season. We don't scalp Bermuda in May or run cool-season fescue too short in July.
String trim around every fence post, tree ring, A/C unit, mailbox, and bed line. Done before the mower goes home, not "if there's time."
Driveway, walkways, porch, patio. We don't leave grass clippings on hard surfaces; that's the difference between lawn care and just mowing.
We are not licensed to apply pesticides or herbicides; that's a separate license we don't carry yet. If your lawn needs chemical treatments, we'll point you to a licensed applicator we trust. Not pretending here.
Upgrades
These come folded into a Signature or Priority plan automatically. On an Essential plan, add any of them à la carte: tell us what matters to you and we'll quote it in.
A crisp mechanical edge along every walk, driveway, and curb on every single visit, not just twice a season. The detail that makes a yard look professionally kept.
Screened-in porch, around the pool, decks, breezeways, wherever clippings and debris collect. We blow it clean so you're not tracking the yard back inside.
Hand-pull and knock back weeds in beds and cracks so the place stays sharp between mulch refreshes. Keeps the manicured look from slipping mid-season.
04 · How signing up works
Most lawn care relationships start over a 5-minute call. Ours can start that way too, but you can also do it all online if you'd rather.
Address + photo of the yard if you've got one is enough for a quote. We pull the property record and measure square footage from satellite. No need for us to come out for a basic mow quote.
We send your quote, then you pick your plan and cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), one fixed price. Locked for the season; no surprise rate hikes mid-summer.
We'll tell you which routing day works for your zip, usually Tuesday or Thursday. You're on the same route day each visit, with a text the morning of.
We walk the property with you (or send a video walk-through if you're not home) so we know exactly what you want and don't want touched, then you're on the route.
05 · Pricing
Most Blount County lawns under ½ acre come in between $50 and $80 per visit. Your price depends on cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), square footage, slope, and access. Pick the cadence that fits your yard's growth and your budget; we'll price it accordingly.
Whatever cadence you pick, the price is locked from your first visit through the end of October. Off-season (Nov–Feb) is leaf removal and clean-ups, billed separately.
